การประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (กพอ.) ครั้งที่ 2/2564 เมื่อเร็วๆนี้ ได้หารือประเด็น โครงการพัฒนาท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง ระยะที่ 3 ในส่วนของท่าเทียบเรือ Fตาม มติคณะรัฐมนตรี ( ครม.) เมื่อวันที่ 7 เม.ย.2564 อนุมัติผลประโยชน์ตอบแทนทางการเงินที่ภาครัฐได้รับจากโครงการฯ เป็นค่าสัมปทานคงที่ คิดเป็นมูลค่าปัจจุบัน 29,050 ล้านบาท และค่าสัมปทานผันแปรที่ 100 บาทต่อ TEU (หน่วยนับตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ซึ่งมีขนาด 20 ฟุต) 

โดยคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกฯ ในการประชุมเมื่อวันที่ 20 เม.ย.2564 ได้มีมติให้กลุ่มกิจการร่วมค้า GPC เป็นผู้ผ่านการประเมินข้อเสนอซองที่ 4 ได้เจรจาผลตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม อาทิ เอกชนตกลงเพิ่มเงื่อนไขการสร้างท่าเรือ F2 ให้เร็วขึ้น หากแนวโน้มตู้สินค้าเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าที่คาดการณ์ไว้ เอกชนจะสมทบเงินเข้ากองทุนเยียวยาความเสียหาย ในอัตรา 5,000 บาท/ไร่/ปี  

ทั้งนี้ ได้ข้อตกลงในร่างสัญญาเรียบร้อยแล้ว และอยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาจากสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด โดยจะเร่งนำเสนอ ครม. พิจารณา และลงนามสัญญาต่อไป

'สุพัฒนพงษ์' ตรวจเยี่ยมหน่วยตรวจคัดกรองโควิด-19 ของกลุ่ม ปตท.

วันนี้ (12 ส.ค. 2564) นายสุพัฒนพงษ์  พันธ์มีเชาว์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน นายอรรถพล  ฤกษ์พิบูลย์  ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารลงพื้นที่หน่วยตรวจคัดกรองโควิด-19 โครงการลมหายใจเดียวกัน กลุ่ม ปตท. ณ อาคาร EnCo Terminal (Enter) ถ.วิภาวดีรังสิต กรุงเทพฯ  เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานภายหลังจากที่ได้เปิดหน่วยตรวจฯ พร้อมโรงพยาบาลสนามครบวงจร (End-To-End) กลุ่ม ปตท. อย่างเป็นทางการไปเมื่อวันที่ 11 สิงหาคม ที่ผ่านมา

โดยหน่วยตรวจคัดกรองฯ แห่งนี้ เปิดให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าเพื่อตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด-19 ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน QueQ  โดยจะสามารถรองรับได้ 1,500 -2,000 คนต่อวัน   โดยหากตรวจพบว่าเสี่ยงติดเชื้อจะนำส่งตรวจ RT-PCR และ X-ray ต่อไป
