'7 แอร์ไลน์' ยันยังไม่ได้รับอนุมัติเงินกู้ เพื่อรักษาการจ้างงานจากรัฐบาล

นายพุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ นายกสมาคมสายการบินประเทศไทย กล่าวว่า หลังจากสายการบินทั้ง 7 สาย ได้แก่ บางกอกแอร์เวย์ส ไทยแอร์เอเชีย ไทยแอร์เอเชียเอ็กซ์ นกแอร์ ไทยสมายล์ ไทยไลอ้อนแอร์ และไทยเวียตเจ็ท ออกแถลงการณ์ร่วมเมื่อวันที่ 21 ก.ค.ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อขอความอนุเคราะห์เเละติดตามรัฐบาลในการอนุมัติเงินกู้เพื่อรักษาสภาพการจ้างงานพนักงานกว่า 2 หมื่นคน ซึ่งหลังจากนั้นสายการบินบางส่วน ได้ทยอยประกาศหยุดกิจการชั่วคราว พร้อมงด หรือเลื่อนจ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงานออกไป เนื่องจากไม่สามารถแบกรับต้นทุนในการดำเนินงานไว้ได้เเล้วนั้น

ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 3 ส.ค.ที่ผ่านมา มีรายงานข่าวและทำให้มีผู้สอบถามมายังสมาคมฯจำนวนมาก กรณีสายการบินทยอยได้รับสินเชื่อเงินกู้ช่วยเหลือตามนโยบายกระทรวงการคลัง เพื่อรักษาสภาพการจ้างงานพนักงาน เป็นที่เรียบร้อยเเล้ว

ทั้งนี้ สมาคมฯขอเรียนชี้เเจงว่าตลอดสถานการณ์การเเพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ที่ผ่านมา สายการบินได้พยายามปรับตัวอย่างดีที่สุด รวมทั้งทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมไปถึงการได้รับความช่วยเหลืออย่างดี จากธนาคารเพื่อการส่งออกและนำเข้าแห่งประเทศไทย (เอ็กซิมเเบงก์) ในการออกมาตรการผ่อนปรนการชำระหนี้หรือปล่อยกู้ให้กับสายการบินต่างๆ เพื่อประคองธุรกิจ

อย่างไรก็ตาม สำหรับการยื่นขออนุมัติเงินกู้โดยตรงต่อรัฐบาล ถือเป็นมาตรการสำคัญที่สมาคมฯ ดำเนินการโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์โดยเฉพาะเพื่อรักษาการจ้างงานพนักงานสายการบิน ในสถานการณ์การเเพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ที่ต่อเนื่องยาวนาน เกินกว่าที่จะควบคุมเเละคาดการณ์ได้

โดยถึงวันนี้ สมาคมฯยืนยันว่า "ยังคงไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติเงินกู้เพื่อรักษาสภาพการจ้างงานจากรัฐบาลเเต่อย่างใด" ซึ่งทราบว่าผ่านความเห็นชอบในหลักการจากสำนักงานประกันสังคม กระทรวงเเรงงานเป็นที่เรียบร้อยเเล้ว แต่ติดอยู่ในขั้นตอนการพิจารณาค้ำประกันสินเชื่อจากบรรษัทประกันสินเชื่ออุตสาหกรรมขนาดย่อม (บสย.) ที่จำเป็นต้องปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขให้สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจสายการบิน ซึ่งต้องขอความอนุเคราะห์จากรัฐบาลช่วยเหลือในการพิจารณาเร่งรัดแก้ไขข้อกำหนดโดยเร็วที่สุดต่อไป

"สมาคมฯหวังว่าพวกเราจะได้รับการอนุมัติเงินกู้ในเร็ววันนี้ พร้อมผ่านพ้นสถานการณ์อันยากลำบากกลับมาให้บริการอีกครั้งไปด้วยกัน" นายพุฒิพงศ์กล่าว
