เซลส์แมนประเทศเดินหน้าจัดกิจกรรมโปรโมตร้านอาหาร Thai SELECT

นายสมเด็จ สุสมบูรณ์ อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ (DITP) เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้กรมฯ ได้รับรายงานจากผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ (ทูตพาณิชย์) ที่ประจำอยู่ในประเทศต่างๆ ที่ได้รายงานผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมโปรโมตร้านอาหารไทยที่ได้รับตราสัญลักษณ์ Thai SELECT ตามที่ นายจุรินทร์ ลักษณวิศิษฏ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ ได้มอบหมายให้ขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย "อาหารไทย อาหารโลก" โดยทูตพาณิชย์ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อกระตุ้นการบริโภคอาหารไทยในช่วงสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19

น.ส.ภรภัทร พันธ์งอก อัครราชทูตที่ปรึกษา (ฝ่ายการพาณิชย์) สำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงจาการ์ตา กล่าวว่า สำนักงานฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมประชาสัมพันธ์ร้านอาหาร Thai SELECT และสินค้าเครื่องปรุงรสจากไทย โดยการจัดสาธิตการปรุงอาหารไทยในงาน Thailand's Paradise 2021 และประชาสัมพันธ์ต่อเนื่องผ่าน Tiktok, Facebook และ Instagram ในช่วงที่อินโดนีเซียมีมาตรการเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคมฉุกเฉิน (PPKM) ซึ่งร้านอาหารสามารถจำหน่ายสำหรับนำกลับไปรับประทานที่บ้านเท่านั้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้ร้านอาหารไทยได้รับความนิยมจาก Gofood Application สั่งอาหารของ Gojek อย่างสูง และเครื่องปรุงอาหารไทยยังได้รับความนิยมจากการปรุงอาหารที่บ้าน ส่วนการสาธิตการทำอาหารไทยด้วยวัตถุดิบไทยผ่านอินฟลูเอนเซอร์มีผู้เข้าชมทุกช่องทางกว่า 30 ล้านครั้งต่อเดือน

น.ส.รชกร ศักดิ์ศรี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงโคเปนเฮเกน กล่าวว่า ได้จัดกิจกรรมกระตุ้นการขายให้แก่ร้านอาหาร Thai SELECT ในเดนมาร์ก ซึ่งได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 โดยจัดทำคลิปวิดีโอการสาธิตทำอาหารไทยจากร้านที่ได้รับ Thai SELECT และนำไปลงใน Social media ต่างๆ รวมทั้ง website ของ Scandinavia Standard ซึ่งเป็น Blogger ที่มีชื่อเสียงและมีผู้ติดตามจำนวนมาก ซึ่งได้ช่วยกระตุ้นยอดการจำหน่ายให้แก่อาหารไทยเพิ่มขึ้น

น.ส.สายทอง สร้อยเพชร ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ กรุงนิวเดลี กล่าวว่า สำนักงานฯ ได้จัดกิจกรรมโปรโมตร้านอาหารที่ได้รับตราสัญลักษณ์ Thai SELECT อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยล่าสุดได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวสวียา สันติพิทักษ์ กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองกัลกัตตา มอบประกาศนียบัตรตราสัญลักษณ์ Thai SELECT Signature แก่ร้านอาหาร Baan Thai ของโรงแรม Oberoi Grand Kolkata ซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหารไทยดั้งเดิมและมีเชฟไทย จึงมีรสชาติอาหารไทยแท้ เป็นที่นิยมของกลุ่มลูกค้าระดับบน ชาวต่างชาติ และแขกของโรงแรมหรูระดับ 5 ดาวแห่งนี้

ทั้งนี้ ร้าน Baan Thai เป็นร้านติดตรา Thai SELECT แห่งแรกของรัฐเบงกอลตะวันตก และเป็นร้านล่าสุดลำดับที่ 15 ในอินเดีย ซึ่งในช่วงการจัดกิจกรรม สำนักงานฯ ได้เชิญประธานหอการค้าแห่งรัฐเบงกอลตะวันตก สถานกงสุลใหญ่ และสื่อมวลชนร่วมรับประทาน และมอบกระเช้าผลไม้ไทยเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ตรา Thai SELECT อาหารไทย และผลไม้ไทยให้ผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่รับรู้ในวงกว้างด้วย
