นายธานี แสงรัตน์ อธิบดีกรมสารนิเทศและโฆษกกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ เปิดเผยว่า ฮ่องกงได้ประกาศยกระดับ (https://www.do-it-anyway.org/Guestpost/)มาตรการควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 โดยขณะนี้มีผลแล้ว (นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 ส.ค.) ไปจนกว่าจะมีประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยฮ่องกงเพิ่มให้ 15 ประเทศ รวมถึงประเทศไทย เป็นกลุ่มเสี่ยงสูงจากเดิมเป็นกลุ่มความเสี่ยงปานกลาง ส่งผลให้ผู้ที่เดินทางมาจากประเทศกลุ่มเสี่ยงสูง ต้องกักตัวยาวนานขึ้น แม้จะได้รับวัคซีนโควิด-19 มาครบแล้ว
ผู้โดยสารทุกคนที่เดินทางจากประเทศไทย (หรือมีประวัติเดินทางไปประเทศไทยในช่วง 21 วันก่อนเดินทางเข้าฮ่องกง) ต้องเตรียมเอกสารก่อนเดินทาง ดังต่อไปนี้
- กรอกข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มออนไลน์ Health Declaration Form ของรัฐบาลฮ่องกงที่ https://www.chp.gov.hk/hdf/ เพื่อแสดง QR Code ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ท่าอากาศยานฮ่องกง โดย QR Code จะมีอายุ 48 ชั่วโมง
- หลักฐานการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโควิด-19 ที่ออกโดยหน่วยงาน ของรัฐบาลฮ่องกง จีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ มาเก๊า หรือหน่วยงานที่องค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) กำหนดให้เป็นหน่วยงาน Stringent Regulatory Authority (SRAs)
- แสดงผลตรวจว่าปลอดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ซึ่งได้ทำการตรวจ เป็นเวลาไม่เกิน 72 ชม. ก่อนกำหนดเวลาเครื่องออก
- แสดงหลักฐานการสำรองห้องพักในโรงแรมกักตัวในฮ่องกง 20 คืน (นับวันที่เดินทางถึงฮ่องกงเป็นวันแรก)
ในระหว่างการกักตัวจะมีการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด 6 ครั้ง หลังจากที่ออกจากการกักตัวแล้วจะมีการเฝ้าระวังตัวอีก 7 วัน และตรวจเชื้อโควิด-19 ในวันที่ 26 นับจากวันที่เดินทางถึงฮ่องกง ที่ศูนย์ตรวจหาเชื้อฯ ของรัฐบาลฮ่องกง (Community Testing Centre)
