ชุมชน 'กะเหรี่ยงคอยาว' ร่วมนำร่องหมู่บ้านปลอดโควิดแม่ฮ่องสอน

ขณะนี้จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอนได้เร่งเดินหน้าโครงการหมู่บ้านปลอดโควิด-19 ท่ามกลางปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดมากขึ้น ซึ่งมีชุมชน/หมู่บ้านเข้าร่วมโครงการแล้ว 188 หมู่บ้าน จากทั้งหมด 415 หมู่บ้านของจังหวัด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.3

เฉพาะ อ.เมืองแม่ฮ่องสอน จากเป้าหมายจะต้องประกาศหมู่บ้านปลอดโควิดให้ได้อย่างน้อย 50 หมู่บ้านนั้น ล่าสุดเริ่มดำเนินการนำร่องได้แล้ว 3 หมู่บ้าน คือ บ้านทบศอก หมู่ที่ 8 ต.หมอกจำแป่, บ้านในสอย หมู่ที่ 4 ต.ปางหมู และที่บ้านห้วยเสือเฒ่า หมู่ที่ 8 ต.ผาบ่อง

โดย "บ้านห้วยเสือเฒ่า" เป็นหมู่บ้านด้านการท่องเที่ยวกะเหรี่ยงคอยาว แต่ในหมู่บ้านมีทั้งกะเหรี่ยงคอยาวและกะเหรี่ยงแดงอาศัยอยู่ ณ ขณะนี้แทบจะปิดหมู่บ้านเพราะไม่มีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว แต่การรณรงค์ทำความเข้าใจกับชาวบ้านนั้นจะต้องใช้คนที่สื่อสารภาษาที่เข้าใจอย่างดีจึงจะได้ผล ซึ่งพบว่าชาวบ้านต่างตื่นตัวกันมากขึ้น เพราะหากป้องกันการแพร่เข้าไปยังหมู่บ้านไม่ได้ก็จะกระทบเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากหย่อมบ้านแต่ละแห่งนั้นอาศัยอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างหนาแน่น ง่ายต่อการแพร่ระบาดที่รวดเร็วได้

สำหรับแนวทางหมู่บ้านปลอดโควิดของแม่ฮ่องสอนนั้น กำหนดให้แต่ละหมู่บ้านนำทุกมาตรการป้องกันโควิด-19 ไม่ให้แพร่กระจายเข้าสู่ชุมชน ใช้ธงฟ้าเป็นสัญลักษณ์ ให้ผู้นำหมู่บ้านทำงานร่วมกับอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านหรือ อสม.เดินหน้าเคาะประตูทุกหลังคาเรือนทำความเข้าใจและให้รู้ถึงพิษภัยของโควิด แนะนำให้สวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยครบ 100% การตั้งจุดตรวจผ่านเข้าออกของหมู่บ้าน มีการบันทึกการเข้าออกและสอดส่องบุคคลแปลกหน้าที่จะเดินทางเข้าไปยังหมู่บ้านตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

สำหรับแม่ฮ่องสอน จนถึง 4 สิงหาคม 64 มีผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาแล้วรวม 182 ราย รับจากต่างจังหวัด 115 ราย มีผู้เสียชีวิตไปแล้ว 2 ราย รักษาหายแล้ว 100 ราย
