'เจนเนอราลี่' ยืนหยัดเคียงข้างลูกค้าฝ่าวิกฤตโควิด-19

"เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์" ตอกย้ำความเชื่อมั่นการคุ้มครองโควิด-19 ยืนยันให้ความคุ้มครองลูกค้าทุกรายที่ถือกรมธรรม์ประกันชีวิตและประกันสุขภาพ ปัจจุบันจ่ายสินไหมแก่ลูกค้าที่ป่วยจากไวรัส โควิด-19 แล้วกว่า 560 ราย ล่าสุดขานรับนโยบาย คปภ เตรียมความพร้อมในการพิจารณาจ่ายสินไหม กรณี Home Isolation และCommunity Isolation พร้อมยืนหยัดอยู่ดูแลลูกค้าทุกช่วงเวลาของชีวิต

นายบัณฑิต เจียมอนุกูลกิจ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กลุ่มบริษัท เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์กล่าวว่า "จากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโควิด-19 ในขณะนี้ที่ยังมีการติดเชื้อในวงกว้างอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงกรณีความไม่แน่นอนในการรับประกันภัยบางแห่งที่ส่งผลให้กลุ่มลูกค้าที่ได้ทำประกันสุขภาพและประกันชีวิตไว้เกิดความกังวลใจและสอบถามเข้ามาเป็นอย่างมากในภาวะวิกฤตนี้ กลุ่มบริษัท เจนเนอราลี่ ไทยแลนด์ ยังคงยึดมั่นให้ความคุ้มครองลูกค้าทุกรายที่ถือกรมธรรม์ประกันชีวิตและประกันสุขภาพของบริษัทฯ โดยจะไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและไม่มีนโยบายในการยกเลิกสัญญาในกรมธรรม์แต่อย่างใด ซึ่งเจนเนอราลี่พร้อมคุ้มครองลูกค้าทุกราย ตามสิทธิในกรมธรรม์ ทั้งการเจ็บป่วยจากโรคภัยต่าง ๆ และการเจ็บป่วยจากการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 โดยตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมาได้มีการจ่ายสินไหมแล้วกว่า 560 เคส เป็นสินไหมมรณกรรมให้แก่ลูกค้าประกันชีวิตที่เสียชีวิตจากโรคติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ไปแล้ว 10 ราย และสินไหมค่ารักษาพยาบาลในส่วนของประกันสุขภาพ ให้กับลูกค้าที่ป่วยจากการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ไปแล้วกว่า 550ราย โดยผู้เอาประกันสามารถเข้ารักษาพยาบาลแบบผู้ป่วยใน โดยไม่ต้องสำรองค่าใช้จ่ายได้ที่โรงพยาบาลในเครือข่ายของบริษัท"



สำหรับกรมธรรม์ประกันชีวิตและประกันสุขภาพของเจนเนอราลี่นั้นครอบคลุมการเจ็บป่วยตามที่ระบุไว้ในกรมธรรม์ รวมถึงการคุ้มครองการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ทั้ง
