ก่อนหน้านี้ "แชมป์ นิตินันท์ จันทร์เดชา (https://www.smars.xyz/Guestpost/)" นักร้องนำวง S.D.F โพสต์ใน IG ส่วนตัว เผยบันทึกข้อตกลงยกเลิกสัญญาศิลปิน บริษัท จีเอ็มเอ็ม แกรมมี่ จำกัด (มหาชน) ในวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมา แฟนเพลงหลายคนต่างเข้ามาสอบถามว่าหมดสัญญาแล้วจะไปอยู่กับค่ายไหน ซึ่งหนุ่มแชมป์ ก็ไม่ได้เข้ามาตอบอะไร นอกจากโพสต์ขอบคุณว่า "แอบใจหายเหมือนกันนะ อยู่มา 8 ปี ต้องขอบคุณแกรมมี่มากๆ ที่คอยดูกันมาตลอด ให้เราได้มีเพลงดีๆ หลายเพลง ตลอดจนค่ายที่เราเคยอยู่ WE Records/Nevermind/Grand Musik พี่ๆ ทีมงานที่น่ารักทุกคน ขอบคุณจากใจครับ หลังจากนี้จะเป็นก้าวใหม่ของ @sdf_band รอติดตามกันนะครับ"
ล่าสุด "แชมป์ S.D.F" ได้โพสต์ใน IG ส่วนตัวว่า "วันนี้กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งใหญ่" ขณะเดียวกันเพจค่ายข้าวสารเอ็นเตอร์เทนเม้นท์ ก็ได้โพสต์เปิดตัวศิลปินวง S.D.F ที่ได้ย้ายมาอยู่กับค่ายข้าวสารเอ็นเตอร์เทนเม้นท์ อย่างเป็นทางการ "S.D.F และ Khaosan Entertainment จะไม่ทำให้ทุกคนผิดหวัง" และทางเพจยังโพสต์ต้อนรับศิลปินใหม่ "ข้าวสารเอ็นเตอร์เทนเม้นท์ ขอต้อนรับสมาชิกใหม่ S.D.F วงร็อกมากความสามารถที่อยู่บนเส้นทางสายดนตรีมากว่า 10 ปี" พร้อมคลิปฝากเนื้อฝากตัวจากศิลปินวง S.D.F ทั้ง 3 คน ได้แก่ แชมป์ นิตินันท์ จันทร์เดชา (ร้องนำ), เบียร์ ธนิต เทียนป้อม(กีตาร์) และ ไท จีรศักดิ์ ไฝสิงห์ (เบส)
