"โควิด-19" ยังคงเดินหน้าสร้างความเจ็บปวด เป็นบาดแผลลึกให้คนทั้งโลก เศรษฐกิจที่ถูกทุบทำลายย่อยยับ เป็นเวลากว่า 2 ปีแล้ว ที่ประเทศไทยถูกผลกระทบจากโควิด แม้วันนี้ดูเหมือนจะเริ่มมีเค้าลางของความหวัง แต่ตราบใดที่ผู้ติดเชื้อยังคงมีอยู่เป็นหลักหมื่น มีผู้เสียชีวิตในทุกวัน เราคงไม่สามารถไว้วางใจอะไรได้
ความพยายามจำกัดการแพร่ระบาดด้วยการ "ฉีดวัคซีน" สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันหมู่ การพลิกฟื้นเศรษฐกิจของรัฐบาลผ่านมาตรการเยียวยา (https://thailand2promote.com/index.php?topic=4771.new) ยังคงต้องทำต่อไป และทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง
โรคระบาดครั้งนี้เป็นบทเรียนครั้งสำคัญที่โลกต้อง "จดจำ" และ "วางแผน" รับมือกับโรคระบาดอุบัติใหม่ ที่อาจกำลังจ้องโจมตีเราได้อีกในอนาคต
หากสิ่งหนึ่งที่เป็นผลจากวิกฤติครั้งนี้ คือ ดิสรัปครั้งใหญ่ที่เปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิต วิธีคิดในเรื่องต่างๆ ระบบเศรษฐกิจ โลกธุรกิจ โลกการเงิน จะคิดแบบเดิมไม่ได้อีกแล้ว โควิดทำให้โลกเปลี่ยนไปอย่างฉับพลัน บางธุรกิจทำธุรกิจแบบเดิมไม่ได้อีกแล้ว ขณะที่ บางธุรกิจอาจได้ประโยชน์หากปรับตัวรับบริบทโลกที่เปลี่ยนไปได้
เราจึงเห็นองค์กรธุรกิจที่รอให้โควิดลาจากไม่ได้ ต้องชิงปรับโครงสร้างรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้เพิ่มมากขึ้น ธนาคารขนาดใหญ่ของประเทศไทย อย่าง ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ ลุกขึ้นทรานส์ฟอร์มตัวเองครั้งใหญ่ กลายเป็น เทค คอมพานี หรือ "SCBX" อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
ด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ผู้บริหารที่เห็นว่า จะเป็นแบบเดิมไม่ได้อีกแล้ว ต้องรื้อแนวคิด ปรับรูปแบบบริการที่ต้องพร้อมเข้าสู่สนามการแข่งขันแบบใหม่ที่กำลังเกิดขึ้น การปรับครั้งนี้ เอสซีบี แตกบริษัทแตกไลน์ธุรกิจออกไปมากมาย ดึงเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาเป็นแก่นหลักของการขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจ ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการโลกใหม่
เช่นเดียวกับ บริษัท แอดวานซ์ อินโฟร์ เซอร์วิส จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือเอไอเอส อีกหนึ่งธุรกิจที่ปรับตัวอย่างหนัก จากการร่วมทุนกับธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ แตกบริษัทสู่ เอไอเอสซีบี จากโมบายโอเปอเรเตอร์ ข้ามสมรภูมิมาร่วมรุกบริการการเงินดิจิทัลในอีกขาหนึ่งอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
เหล่านี้ คือผลจากบริบทโลกที่เปลี่ยนไป ทำให้หลังจากนี้ จะได้เห็นการข้ามสายพันธุ์ของธุรกิจเพิ่มมากขึ้น เพราะการทำธุรกิจแบบเดิมในสมรภูมิเดิมไม่ใช่คำตอบอีกต่อไปแล้ว ใครปรับตัวได้ไว ก้าวไปสู่กรอบความคิดใหม่ได้เร็วจะได้เปรียบ
"การปรับตัวของธุรกิจ" ในช่วงนี้ ทำให้เห็นว่าภาครัฐ ซึ่งเป็นผู้กำหนดนโยบายประเทศ ต้องกลับมาทบทวนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติเพื่อรับโลกที่เปลี่ยนเร็วให้ได้ มีมาตรการที่เอื้อต่อการสนับสนุนธุรกิจที่พยายามปรับตัว วางโครงสร้างพื้นฐานให้พร้อมสนับสนุนการแข่งขัน และผลักดันให้บริษัทเหล่านี้เติบโตได้ในเวทีระดับภูมิภาค หรือระดับโลก
รัฐบาลต้องใช้โอกาสนี้ปฏิรูปในหลายเรื่องที่ยังเป็นปัญหาติดขัดในเชิงโครงสร้าง เงื่อนไขต่างๆ ที่ไม่ได้สนับสนุนและสอดคล้องไปกับบริบทโลกที่เปลี่ยนไป เร่งวางโรดแมพประเทศเข้าสู่เส้นทางแห่งการฟื้นฟูด้วยแนวคิดใหม่ การแข่งขันในโลกใหม่ สร้างความมั่นใจให้เอกชนได้บ้าง...น่าจะดีกว่านี้ไม่น้อย
