นางสาวตรีนุช เทียนทอง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (รมว.ศธ.) เปิดเผยว่า จากสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในโลกของอาชีพ ที่มีอาชีพใหม่ๆ เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เกิดขึ้น และมีความคาดหวังว่านักเรียน นักศึกษาต้องปรับตัวได้ทันกับโลกของอาชีพที่เปลี่ยนไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ประกอบกับสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) ที่ยังมีการแพร่ระบาดอย่างต่อเนื่องอยู่ในขณะนี้ และคาดว่าเราต้องอยู่ร่วมกับโรคติดเชื้อโควิด-19ไปอีกระยะหนึ่ง และจากการที่ตนได้ลงพื้นที่ติดตามการจัดการศึกษาของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ(ศธ.) ก็ได้รับเสียงสะท้อนจากผู้เรียน สถานศึกษา และประชาชนว่า มีนักเรียนนักศึกษาออกกลางคันเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยสาเหตุหนึ่งคือความแข็งตัวของหลักสูตร และการจัดการเรียนการสอน ดังนั้น จึงต้องมีการปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนการสอนอาชีวศึกษาใหม่ ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้เรียนมีคุณภาพ มีสมรรถนะสูงสุดตรงตามที่สถานประกอบการ หรือ ตลาดแรงงานต้องการ
" ดิฉันได้มอบนโยบายให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา (สอศ.) ทบทวนเรื่องการจัดการเรียนการสอนอของอาชีวศึกษาทั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่ตัวหลักสูตรระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (ปวช.) หลักสูตรระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) การจัดการเรียนรู้ การจัดเวลาเรียน การฝึกประสบการณ์สมรรถนะวิชาชีพ การฝึกอาชีพ การประเมินผลการเรียนรายวิชา ตลอดจนการฝึกอาชีพในระบบทวิภาคี รวมถึงเรื่องสื่อที่ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้เรียนสายวิชาชีพ สามารถจบออกไปอย่างมีคุณภาพ มีสมรรถนะสูงสุดตรงตามที่สถานประกอบการ หรือตลาดแรงงานต้องการ และที่สำคัญสามารถเรียนจนจบหลักสูตรโดยไม่ออกจากหลักสูตรกลางคัน ซึ่งการปรับปรุงนี้ควรจะดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จทันใช้ในปีการศึกษา 2565 นี้ " รมว.ศึกษาธิการ กล่าว.
