"กรมปศุสัตว์"ยืนยันโรงานไก่ทุกแห่งมีพื้นที่กักตัวคนงาน ติดโควิด ตามนโยบาย "Bubble and Seal (https://www.modtood.com/Guestpost/)" ภายใต้อำนาจ ผู้ว่าฯ มั่นใจไม่กระทบผลผลิต แต่ราคาปรับขึ้นเพราะกระแสกักตุน ชี้ผลผลิตไม่ขาดตลาด
กรณีมีรายงานข่าวแรงงานในฟาร์มไก่บางแห่งติดเชื้อโควิด-19 และจังหวัดได้มีการปิดโรงงานทำพื้นที่กักกันแล้ว อย่งไรก็ตามอาจมีข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับการปนเปื้อนของเชื้อโควิด-19 ในผลผลิตที่มาจากฟาร์มนั้น
นายสรวิศ ธานีโต อธิบดีกรมปศุสัตว์ เปิดเผย "กรุงเทพธุรกิจ"ว่า ตั้งแต่เกิดปัญหาไข้หวัดนกระบาดในประเทศไทยเมื่อปี 2547 โรงงานผลิตและแปรรูปไก่ของไทยได้ปรับปรุงได้มาตรฐานเป็นที่ยอมรับของตลาดทั่วโลก โดยทุกฟาร์มจะมีบริเวณกว้างเพื่อใช้เป็นพื้นที่กันชน
ดังนั้นเมื่อโรงงานผลิตและแปรรูปไก่เหล่านี้มีการตรวจพบว่าคนงานติดเชื้อโควิด19 ทำให้ทางโรงงานสามารถจัดพื้นที่กักตัวคนงานเหล่านี้ไว้ภายในบริเวณที่กำหนด ในขณะที่โรงงานยังสามารถดำเนินการได้ตามปกติ หลังจากทำความสะอาดต่างๆ แล้ว ซึ่งเป็นไปตามนโยบาย "Bubble and Seal"
โดยการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานด้านสาธารณสุขของโรงงานกรณีมีการตรวจพบคนงานติดเชื้อโควิดนี้จะอยู่ภายใต้อำนาจของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดนั้นๆ เป็นผู้สั่งการ ทั้งปิดและเปิดโรงงาน ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับกรมปศุสัตว์ อย่างไรก็ตามเนื่องจากสินค้าไก่ของไทยเป็นสินค้าส่งออก จึงต้องตรวจสอบสินค้าทุกล๊อต
"ยืนยันได้ว่าในขณะนี้ไม่มีการตรวจพบเชื้อโควิดปนเปื้อนในเนื้อสัตว์แต่อย่างใด"นายสรวิศ กล่าว
นอกจากนี้ทุกโรงงานที่ตรวจพบคนงานติดโควิด19 กรมปศุสัตว์ได้รายงานต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศรับทราบ โดยตลอด ซึ่งคู่ค้าที่สำคัญของไทย คือ สหภาพยุโรป หรืออียู ญี่ปุ่น ปัจจุบันยังไม่มีคำร้องใดๆ ยกเว้นจีนที่ต้องการให้ไทยยืนยันการปนเปื้อน ซึ่งไทยได้แจ้งรายชื่อโรงงานที่ตรวจพบคนงานติดเชื้อโควิด ทุกครั้งอย่างไม่ปิดบัง ส่วนหนึ่งเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับสินค้าไทย
นอกจากนี้ กรมปศุสัตว์ ยืนยันว่าแม้จะปิดโรงงานบางแห่ง แต่สินค้าไก่ยังเพียงพอกับความต้องการ ส่วนราคาที่อาจจะปรับเพิ่มขึ้นบ้าง นั้นเป็นเพราะผลจากการกักตุนสินค้าของผู้บริโภค แต่ไม่ได้ส่งผลให้เกิดการขาดตลาดแต่อย่างใด
